Overview
Pre-mixed biphasic insulin. Uses Insulin Lispro as the rapid component, and Protamine Lispro as the slow component. Comes in different ratios depending on the patient's carb intake.

Mix 25 contains 25% fast insulin. Mix 50 contains 50% fast insulin. Mixing them up causes catastrophic hypos or massive hyperglycemia.
