Consistent with [Delayed Ejaculation] [specifier(s)]. For at least six months, occurring during most partnered sexual activity, there have been marked delay in ejaculation; marked infrequency of ejaculation; absence of ejaculation despite adequate stimulation and sexual desire, forming a persistent pattern of ejaculatory difficulty. The presentation is further characterised by occurrence across relevant sexual contexts, with symptoms not limited to a specific partner or situation, where applicable. These symptoms have resulted in clinically significant personal distress, interpersonal difficulty, or sexual dissatisfaction, and the pattern is not better explained by a nonsexual mental disorder, relationship distress, significant stressors, substance or medication effects, or a primary medical condition.
