Consistent with [Female Orgasmic Disorder] [specifier(s)]. For at least six months, occurring during most sexual encounters, there have been marked delay in orgasm; marked infrequency of orgasm; absence of orgasm; markedly reduced intensity of orgasmic sensations, forming a persistent pattern of orgasmic difficulty despite adequate stimulation and desire. The presentation is further characterised by symptoms not better accounted for by insufficient stimulation alone, and occurrence across relevant sexual contexts, where applicable. These symptoms have resulted in clinically significant distress, interpersonal difficulty, or sexual dissatisfaction, and the pattern is not better explained by a nonsexual mental disorder, relationship distress, significant stressors, substance or medication effects, or a primary medical condition.
