Over ≥6 months, recurrent and intense sexual arousal from the exposure of one's genitals to an unsuspecting person, as manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviours

Specifiers

Sexually attracted to females: Exposure directed toward females.
Sexually attracted to males: Exposure directed toward males.
Sexually attracted to both: Exposure directed toward both sexes.
In a controlled environment: Limited opportunity to act on urges.
In remission: No distress, impairment, or acting on urges with non-consenting persons for at least 5 years.

These symptoms have resulted in clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or interpersonal functioning, or risk of harm to others.
